VENUE                      : Gorky Sadan, 3, Gorky Terrace, Kolkata – 700 017

WHO CAN PLAY    : The tournament is open to all students who are yet to appear for  Madhyamik/ CBSE or 
                                    equivalent examination and were born on or after 01.01.1994 (only bonafide school students).

REGISTRATION     : AICF for all players and WBCA for West Bengal Players

LODGING                 : Free for all outstation rated players having ELO 1900 & above.

                                       Free for current National  Age-Group champions and Asian and World Medal winners.      

                                      Outstation Unrated players and players having ELO below 1900, have to  make their own board & lodging 
                                    
                                      arrangements.

Prize Distribution Ceremony on 19^th December 2010 at 5PM

 (It is compulsory for all participants to attend the Prize Distribution Ceremony)

                                  GNCA students : Rs 200/-)

Certificates will be given to all players who complete 11 rounds.

Documents required at the time of registration :

      1.                 5 Colour Passport size photographs,

2.                  Xerox copy of AICF/ WBCA registration Card or to fill up their forms and pay their fees if not registered with AICF / WBCA,

3.                  Xerox copy of Birth Certificate,

4.                  Xerox copy of School Fee Book/ School ID Card.

THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ENTRY. IN SUCH CASES THE ENTRY FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.
